BENTON COUNTY -- The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for improvements to a roadway in Benton County, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation officials.
The purpose of this project is to replace a bridge on State Highway 264 near Little Osage Creek.
Phillips Hardy, Inc. of Boonville, Mo., was awarded the contract at $3,193,594.39.
Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is expected in late 2019.
