Firefighters battle a house fire on School Avenue in Decatur on Sunday evening. Firefighters from Decatur, Gentry, Highfill, Centerton and Gravette were observed on the scene. Fire Chief Jeremy Luker could not be immediately reached for comment. The family, which includes eight children, were safe, according to a GoFundMe account for homeowners Wes and Bailey McGee. As of Monday morning, $5,425 has been raised toward a goal of $10,000.
