GENTRY -- It wasn't an easy choice for Virgie the heifer. In fact, it was quite a wait and perhaps a bit more difficult for Virgie because of all the spectators.

But, in the end, Virgie made her choice and picked the winner of the cow patty bingo contest and dropped her undried chip on the square belonging to Kellsey Jones-Eller.

As a result, Eller was the winner of the $500 grand prize.

The special event followed the spring football contest at Gentry High School on Friday evening.

The cow patty bingo contest was a fundraiser for the Pioneer Football program.
