WESTSIDE -- 72 West, a retail store in Centerton, recently presented donations from its annual fundraisers to a local nonprofit and three programs at Bentonville West High School. The donations were made on behalf of the participants of a car show and the farmers market that 72 West and The Wicked Bean coffee shop host during the year.
Steve Mitchael, of Gravette, owner of 72 West, presented checks totaling $1,000 to the BWHS dance and cheer team, the women's basketball team, and the choir program. Mitchael also presented a check for $1,000 to Saving Grace NWA, a nonprofit located in Centerton that provides opportunities for young ladies to better their lives.
Mitchael said, "We and our partners, The Wicked Bean, are proud to provide fun, family-friendly events to the community and to generate funds that are gifted back to programs that are also part of the community of Centerton."
Each year 72 West gives more than $4,000 in donations to organizations located in Gravette, Centerton and Bentonville.
