GRAVETTE--The Lady Lions are just getting started with their season and were 4-2 at the start of this week. They played fewer games so far this season because the basketball team played in the state tournament.
The Gravette softball team is coached by Samantha Luther, assisted by Kevin Cole.
Players include Alexa Snelling, Allea Wilkins, Anna Brown, Aubrey Carlton, Bentley Lowden, Brooke Handle, Brynn Romine, Callie Becker, Drew Madison, Emma Edgmon, Gwenyth Henzie, Karley Auffet, Katelyn Morgan, Keeley Elsea, Kenlee Harris, Kinley Russell, Laney Chilton, Madi Schoonover, Meara Russell, Sydney Kildow and Victoria Wallis.
The team has a number of capable pitchers, including Brooke Handle, Meara Russell, Sydney Kildow and Kenlee Harris.
