GENTRY -- The Lady Pioneers are off to a strong start this season and were 5-2 for the season at the start of last week's spring break.
Senior Hailie Kreger and freshman Callie Jordan have shared the pitcher's duties this year. Presley Ward has been playing shortstop, Audrie Littlejohn at third base, Iris Still at second, Olivia Nations behind the plate as a catcher, and Cindy Barger at first, with Favy Najar in left field, Alexis Lopez in center, and Evey Tomlinson in right.
Other team members include Abba Tucker, Alyssa Lawson, Courtney Lawson, Jamee Kirk and Valeria Ayala.
The team is coached by Shawn Teters and Lance Nations.
