Melissa Provence, director of the Billy V. Hall Senior Activity Center, LaVonda Augustine, and Jack Kinney enjoyed flying kites on a windy Tuesday afternoon at Pop Allum Park. Augustine is a regular patron of the Center, and Kinney is a frequent volunteer. Provence took several patrons to fly kites on March 19 to celebrate the first day of spring.
