BELLA VISTA — A retired firefighter, formerly with the Corona (CA) fire department before retiring to Bella Vista, has invented a device which he says will make firefighting more efficient and cause less damage.
Bill Perkins, owner of Perkins Technologies, Inc., designed the Penetrating Turbo Nozzle was demonstrated recently by the Bella Vista fire department.
