Decatur State Bank has appointed vice president Marcus D. Burden as branch manager of Gentry Bank, succeeding recently-retired Paul Galyean. “Good customer service is the lifeblood of banking, as in any business. It’s about bringing customers back. We want to send them away happy — happy enough to pass positive feedback about our bank along to others,” says Burden, who will follow in the tradition of excellence in customer service and banking that Decatur State Bank has been proud of for many years.
