Lensey Watson, a senior at Decatur High School, joined FFA students from across the state at the 2011 Arkansas Leadership Conference from July 4 through 8 at Camp Couchdale, near Hot Springs. The five day program helps FFA members improve their leadership skills and prepare for leadership roles in their chapters, communities and future careers. Students attended sessions on global leadership, developing personal and community action plans and the diversity of human relationships.
