The Maysville 4-H Udder Club passed out free ice cream at Arvest Bank in Gravette on June 3. The event was in observance of Dairy Month. Udder Club members present were: Destany Tate, Danica Tate, Ethan Parker, Brittany Crawley, Tabitha Crawley and Jessica Crawley.
The “June is Dairy Month” annual celebration began in 1937 to help distribute extra milk when cows began grazing in the pastures during the summer months. The club took part in several activities in observance of Dairy Month.
