Employees at the Flint Creek Power Plant were treated to steak dinner Thursday, along with a safety award for achieving 2 million work hours without a lost-time accident between October of 1996 and July 2012. The award was presented to plant manager Carl Handley by Arkansas Department of Labor director James Salkeld.
