WESTSIDE - Springtime Pickin’ Time will be held in Gentry and Decatur May 2 through 5. The event is sponsored by the Gentry and Decatur Chambers of Commerce.
Participants are encouraged to host garage and rummage sales, as well as antique and collectible events. Anyone wishing to set up in Gentry but not having a space may contact Bev Saunders at 736-2358.
Gentry City Council has waived the requirement for garage sale permits for that weekend. Participants are responsible for their own advertising, set up, take down and cleanup.
