What nice weather we are having. Got a good rain and fall temperatures. I suppose frost will be next.

This Saturday, Oct. 12, is the fundraiser at the community building for the Maysville E.H. Club, a bean supper, cake walk and homemade pies for sale. The price for the supper of beans, coleslaw, cornbread and drink is a donation. Pies will be priced. We need cakes for the cake walk and.

appreciate your support This is for winter expenses propane, electric and water bills and usually some unexpected expenses. Mark your calendar for this event.

Patti King and Petru visited Jack and Sylvia Tucker on Friday. They spent the night and returned home on Saturday. They live in Lowell.

Graveside services were held last Tuesday at Maysville Cemetery for Alice Haley of Rogers. She

had spent most of her life

in Maysville and Gravette.

Sympathy is extended the

family.

Carroll Tucker and Pam

spent Saturday visiting Jack

and Sylvia Tucker. They

always enjoy the time to

gether.

Bert Ballmann has re

turned from her trip with

some of her friends that

worked together at the Gra

vette hospital. I don’t have

details of where they went,

but it was on a cruise. I’m

sure they had a good trip.
