BENTONVILLE -- Grand Savings Bank's employees and board of directors are pleased to announce that Carla Martinez has joined the Bentonville location as a loan officer. Martinez will manage agriculture, commercial, real estate and consumer lending as part of Grand Savings Bank's growth in Northwest Arkansas.
Martinez comes to Grand Savings Bank from Bank of Gravett, where she spent 23 years with the majority of that time in lending. Martinez is a native of Gravette and graduate of Gravette High School. She enjoys volunteering with Centerton Days Festival and Children of Centerton. She and her husband, Orlando Martinez, reside in Gravette.
Martinez said her banking philosophy is to treat people the way she would want to be treated.
"I work by the Golden Rule," said Martinez. "I don't look at what someone can contribute to the bottom line and I don't show favoritism by loan amount. Every loan is important to that person, which by default is important to me."
