Health Care Workshops

Community residents are invited to attend a free information session addressing questions about the health insurance marketplace and to prepare those who are eligible but have not yet selected a plan for the approaching enrollment deadline. Materials presented will include the latest updates on the Affordable Care Act, information about Arkansas' Private Option and a discussion of enrollment requirements. Three free sessions will be led by Amanda Gittlein, full-time certified application counselor at Ozarks Community Hospital of Gravette. These workshops will be held in the hospital basement classroom on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 6 p.m.; Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 6 p.m.; and Saturday, Feb. 22, at 11 a.m. Refreshments will be provided. Health Care Information

Free seminars, sponsored by Bridges to Wellness to answer questions about the Affordable Care Act and new health insurance options, are set for 6:30 p.m. for the following dates and locations: Feb. 6 at the Decatur Community Building, Feb. 13 at the Gentry Public Library, and Feb. 20 at the Gravette Public Library. Maysville Cemetery Board

The annual meeting of the Maysville Cemetery Board will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10, at the Maysville Bible Church. All board members are urged to attend.

Church Singing

Mount Zion Missionary Baptist in Sulphur Springs holds a singing service every fourth Saturday of the month, starting at 6:30 p.m. A potluck dinner follows. For more information, call Jheri Roberts, the pastor, at 752-7082.

Praise and Worship

Maysville Missionary Baptist Church holds a praise and worship service at 6 p.m. every third Sunday night, with refreshments following.

Singing Services

Monthly singing services at Falling Springs Church are held at 7 p.m., the first Friday of each month.

Gentry Chamber Awards

Gentry's Annual Awards Night will be Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Wooden Spoon Restaurant in Gentry.
