LITTLE ROCK -- Among winners at the Arkansas State Fair were a number of local youth, including the following in the Junior Youth Division (ages 9-13):
• Needlework -- Megan Pigeon of Siloam Springs, clothing;
• Crafts -- David Key of Gentry, stoneware pottery; Madison Stanfill of Siloam Springs, scrapbook; and Emily Jessen of Decatur, color photography.
