GENTRY — Safety improvements are to be made at the intersection of Arkansas Highways 12 and 43 near Gentry, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department officials.
Crews will add signs indicating the intersection will be a four-way stop, rather than a two-way stop, according to an April 3 AHTD release. Temporary message signs will be posted all month to alert drivers about the change.
The safety modification will occur Tuesday, April 7, at 9 a.m., weather permitting, the release states.
