Police seek warrant in burglary

GENTRY -- Police have requested an arrest warrant for Della Hobbs, 29, of Bentonville, in connection to a residential burglary on Comanche Drive in Gentry which allegedly occurred in mid August.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, Jason Fowler, of 501 Comanche Drive, returned home from work on Aug. 15 to find his back door open and a laptop computer and barbecue grill missing, as well as other possible unspecified items.

The computer and grill were located at the residence of a relative of Hobbs, and Hobbs later admitted to taking the items from the home of Fowler without his permission. The affidavit indicates that Hobbs was an ex-girlfriend of Fowler.

The affidavit requested a warrant charging Hobbs with residential burglary and theft of property, Class B and Class D felonies, respectively.
