Gravette teams overpowered by Huntsville

— Though it appeared the Lions had a chance to gain the upper hand against the visiting Huntsville Eagles on Tuesday night, in the end the Eagles soared to a 68-48 win.

The Lions played a tough defensive game the first half, and Austin White and Cole Turner were hitting and keeping the Lions in the game. At the half, the Lions were only down by three, 24-21,

But the Eagles soared in the second half and pulled away, giving the Lions no chance to catch up.

In the girls' game, the Lady Eagles took control early on and continued to build on that lead throughout the game. Though there were some good Gravette shots in the game, the Huntsville girls carried the day, coming away with a 60-28 win.
