Week of Jan. 26 -- 30

Gentry Senior Center

Monday: Chicken parmesan, pasta w/sauce, garden mixed veggies, garlic bread, pineapple pudding.

Tuesday: Beef stew, garden salad, cornbread, chunky fruit medley, sugar cookie.

Wednesday: Sliced pork w/gravy, scalloped potatoes, Mediterranean vegetables, bread, tapioca pudding.

Thursday: Frankfurter on bun, baked beans, potato salad, banana.

Friday: Shepherd's pie, Harvard beets, wheat roll, cherry cobbler.

Gravette Senior Center

Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes w/gravy, green beans, biscuit, peaches.

Tuesday: Chicken Alfredo over linguine pasta, spinach salad, garlic bread, sherbet.

Wednesday: Ham & navy beans, onion slice, coleslaw, cornbread, birthday cake.

Thursday: Seasoned chicken breast, scalloped potatoes, peas, bread, fruit turnover.

Friday: Hamburger on bun w/lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles, baked beans, sweet potato fries, peanut butter bar.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
