Tuesday: St. Patrick's Day -- Kielbasa, steamed cabbage, roasted potatoes, bread, leprechaun pie.
Wednesday: Baked salmon, long grain & wild rice, squash casserole, French bread, German chocolate cake.
Thursday: Liver & onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, mandarin oranges.
Friday: Chicken strips w/cream gravy, baked potato, spinach, bread, fruited Jell-O.
Meals at Center served with choice of orange juice, 2% milk, buttermilk, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
GENTRY
Monday: Beef lasagna, tossed salad, raspberry applesauce, bread, Rice Krispie bar.
Tuesday: Happy St. Pat's Day -- Corned beef & cabbage, red potatoes, roll, pineapple upside down cake.
Wednesday: Glazed baked ham, sweet potatoes, seasoned lima beans, roll, cook's choice dessert.
Thursday: Meatloaf w/sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread, fruit cup.
Friday: Beef noodle casserole, green beans, bread, fruited gelatin, oatmeal cookie.
