Monday: Philly baked potato, Brussels sprouts, Texas toast, butterscotch pudding.
Tuesday: Dijon crusted pork loin, black-eyed peas, seasoned greens, roll, ambrosia.
Wednesday: Chef salad, kidney bean salad, cottage cheese with peaches, saltine crackers, white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.
Thursday: Ham and beans, zucchini and tomatoes, cornbread, apple crisp.
Friday: Hamburger on bun with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles, baked beans, onion rings, Texas sheet cake.
Meals at the center are served with 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
