Week of April 11-15

Gravette

Monday: Salisbury steak, baked potato, Capri vegetables, roll, banana pudding.

Tuesday: Cilantro lime chicken, garden blend rice, yellow squash, wheat roll, oatmeal cranberry cookie.

Wednesday: Sub sandwich, pasta salad, carrot and celery sticks with ranch dressing, yogurt.

Thursday: Pork paprikash, butter beans, glazed carrots, bread, fruited Jell-O.

Friday: Chili with beans, tossed salad, saltine crackers, fruit cup.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.

Gentry

Wednesday: Submarine sandwich, pasta salad, carrot and celery sticks with ranch dip, low fat fruit yogurt.

Thursday: Pork paprikash, butter beans, glazed carrots, whole wheat bread, Jell-O with fruit.

Friday: Chili with beans, tossed salad with low fat ranch dressing, cornbread and crackers, fruit cup.
