Copper, being held at the Decatur city pound, is still in need of a good home. Sometimes when animals are confined for long periods of time, their behavior can change. This has apparently happened with Copper. He has gone from the super friendly, inquisitive fellow to an intimidating boy. Rickey, Decatur's animal control officer, has not given up on him; however, right now he is the only person who can do anything with him. We post this in the hopes that there is someone who, perhaps, has experience with this type of behavior or is a trainer who can see merit in this beautiful dog and can help these issues. He really deserves a chance.
