Week of August 8-12

Gentry

Monday: Sub sandwich on wheat bun, baked potato chips, pears.

Tuesday: Chicken enchilada bake, yellow rice, seasoned pinto beans, apricots.

Wednesday: Chef salad with fat-free ranch dressing, wheat crackers, yogurt cup.

Thursday: Beef tips with onions and peppers, brown gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, roll, mandarin oranges.

Friday: BBQ chicken, seasoned potato wedges, green beans, roll, banana, cookie.

2 percent milk is included with each meal.

Gravette

Monday: Sub sandwich with lettuce and tomato, baked potato chips, cantaloupe.

Tuesday: Chicken enchilada bake, Spanish rice, pinto beans, fruited Jell-O.

Wednesday: Beef tips with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, roll, orange slices.

Thursday: Cobb salad, crackers, cottage cheese, yogurt.

Friday: Cheeseburger on bun with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles, baked beans, watermelon.

Meals at Center are served with 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
