Gentry
Monday: Chef salad, whole wheat crackers and bread, fruit yogurt cup.
Tuesday: Lemon baked tilapia, black-eyed peas, seasoned spinach, wheat roll, chef's choice dessert.
Wednesday: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, dinner roll, banana.
Thursday: Tater tot casserole, lemon broccoli, wheat bread, mandarin oranges.
Friday: Chicken salad on wheat with lettuce and tomato, carrot raisin salad, whole grain sun chips, rainbow sherbet.
2 percent milk is included with each meal.
Gravette
Monday: Chef salad, pickled beets, saltine crackers, yogurt.
Tuesday: Lemon baked tilapia, black-eyed peas, spinach, wheat roll, ambrosia.
Wednesday: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, banana.
Thursday: Sloppy joe on bun, waffle fries, coleslaw, chunky fruit medley, white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.
Friday: Chicken salad on croissant with lettuce and tomato, carrot raisin salad, sun chips, rainbow sherbet.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
