Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, tomatoes and zucchini, whole wheat roll, mixed fruit.
Tuesday: Smoked sausage, new potatoes with onions and peppers, green beans, apple slices, chocolate brownie.
Wednesday: Chicken and dumplings, bean salad, mixed greens, wheat roll, chocolate mousse.
Thursday: St. Patrick's Day -- Corned beef, potatoes O'Brien, bubble and squeak (cabbage), whole wheat bread, fresh fruit cup.
Friday: Pulled pork on wheat bun, black-eyed peas, turnip greens, banana pudding.
