GENTRY -- Sponsored by Encore Resale Shoppe and Walmart, "Paper or Plastic?" and "60 Second Singles!" celebrates the craziness of small-town grocery stores and speed-dating reality shows. The spring show, presented by Gentry High School's drama class, premieres at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, in the high school auditorium.

Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for students (high school and college) with ID. There will also be a high school art show preceding the performance, at 6 p.m.

"This year we decided to go back to our traditional roots of crazy comedy, and this play is a crowd pleaser from the opening line," said Daren Ward, drama instructor at the high school. "We are looking forward to a great turnout and are excited to perform probably the funniest show since I've been here," he said.
