• Person in charge at the time of inspection did not know where the sanitizer test strips were located.
• Visors are not effectively restraining hair. Hairnets or an alternative method should be used.
• Steam from dishwasher is not being vented properly.

Priority violation:
• Smaller salt and sugar containers have an accumulation on them especially around the inside rim. Clean more frequently as needed.
Nonpriority violations:
• Paddle used to mix frosting is not food grade. Discontinue using.
• Fan guards in walk-in cooler have an accumulation of debris. Clean frequently as needed.
• Condensation build-up on walls/ceiling behind fan unit in walk-in cooler. Do not store food items under condensation drips.
• Cove base missing from the wall behind/under the three-compartment sink exposing the drywall and studs. Repeat violation.
