Benton County Restaurant Inspections

Information is from state Health Department records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service inspections unless otherwise noted. Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Critical violations: Not all foods held at 135 degrees or above; food destroyed as needed.

Noncritical violations: Monitor the walk-in cooler to ensure it stays at 40 degrees or below; set unit at 36-38 degrees.

Highfill Mart Restaurant

Critical violations: Raw bacon and raw eggs stored above ready-to-eat foods. Slicer was put away dirty. Not all foods are date marked as needed.

Noncritical violations: Cup in the catfish breading container. No test strips for quaternary ammonia. Leaks in drains of three-compartment sink; plumber called.
