Gentry
Monday: Pork roast with gravy, roasted veggies and potatoes, spiced apples, bread, cookie.
Tuesday: Beef taco salad, fruit cup.
Wednesday: Ginger plum glazed chicken breast, blended rice, lemon broccoli, bread, Jell-O with fruit.
Thursday: Chef salad, wheat crackers, vanilla yogurt cup.
Friday: Hamburger with peppers, onion and cheese on wheat bun, roasted potatoes, 5-way veggies, chef's choice dessert.
2 percent milk included with each meal.
Gravette
Monday: Chef salad, kidney bean salad, yogurt.
Tuesday: Stuffed bell pepper, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, roll, fruit cocktail.
Wednesday: Smothered chicken breast with mushroom gravy, garden blend rice, coleslaw, bread, fruited Jell-O.
Thursday: Pork roast with gravy, roasted carrots, potatoes and onions, roll, blonde brownie.
Friday: Breakfast (7:30-9:30 a.m.): Biscuit, sausage, gravy, fruit, juice.
Chicken fettuccine alfredo, steamed vegetables, bread stick, banana pudding.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
