• Timothy Ray Simmons, 43, of 802 S.W. Dallas St. in Gravette, was arrested Dec. 6 in connection with two counts of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, second offense driving while intoxicated, driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, and refusing to submit to an intoxication test. Simmons was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
