Week of March 13-17

Gentry

Monday: Chicken and dumplings, bean salad, mixed greens, wheat roll, chocolate mousse.

Tuesday: Meatloaf with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes, wheat roll, apple cobbler.

Wednesday: Chef salad with dressing, fruit cup, crackers, chocolate-chip cookie.

Thursday: Pork chop with gravy, black-eyed peas, turnip greens, banana pudding with wafer.

Friday: St. Patrick's Day, sliced corn beef, O'Brien potatoes, sauteed cabbage, wheat bread, fruit Jell-O.

2 percent milk included with each meal

Gravette

Monday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, roll, macadamia nut cookie.

Tuesday: Chicken and dumplings, bean salad, mixed greens, bread, chocolate mousse.

Wednesday: Meatloaf with gravy, baked potato, zucchini and tomatoes, roll, apple cobbler.

Thursday: Pork chop, black-eyed peas, turnip greens, biscuit, banana pudding.

Friday: St. Patrick's Day, sliced corned beef, O'Brien potatoes, steamed cabbage, bread, fruited Jell-O.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
