Monday: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, black beans, tropical fruit.
Tuesday: Potato crunch fish, hominy, coleslaw, bread, fresh fruit.
Wednesday: Chicken breast florentine, mashed potatoes with gravy, sliced beets, roll, mixed berry parfait.
Thursday: Goulash, broccoli with cheese, garlic toast, apple crisp.
Friday: Chef salad, saltine crackers, banana.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
