Friday is homecoming night in Lions Den Arena

GRAVETTE -- Basketball homecoming ceremonies are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Friday in the Lions Den Arena, with three Gravette High School seniors in the running for the 2024 homecoming queen title: Daigen Deaton, Alexa Parker and DaLacie Wishon.

Other members of the homecoming court include senior maids Ashlyn Fox and Nisha Villareal, junior maids Bentley Lowden and Naomi Nichols, sophomore maids Adyson Herr and Lillian Sharp, freshman maids McKenzee Roughton and Emma Lou Ehrhart, flower girl Blyth Dicus, crown bearer Hunter Blakeslee, and escort senior cheerleaders Belle Cradduck and Ava Collins.

In addition to the crowning ceremonies, Friday's activities include an 11:30 a.m. luncheon for the basketball teams, cheerleaders, band members, student council members and the homecoming court. A pep rally is also scheduled at 2 p.m. in the arena.

The Gravette Lions will host Gentry on Friday night, with the boys' game following the homecoming ceremonies and the girls' game following the boys' contest.

The theme for the night will be "G Town Faceoff."
